Q: Lump under freckle on breast

Well couple of things are worrying me to be honest.....firstly about a week ago i noticed a red circle on my stomach with a white middle...and now it has spread all over my legs, stomach, arms and back and still going...secondly i have a freckle underneth my left breast it has grown and now noticed that it is raised with a lump under it if anyone could give advise or if anyone is having same sort of thing any help would be good
