Okay, this is going to sound really stupid because I don't know any of the technical terms.

Last night I noticed a slight pain near my vaginal area. I felt around down there found a hard lump that is painful when I push on it. The best way I can describe the location is you would have to hold up the right flab of my vagina and it is on the edge nearest my thigh.

Also, this morning when I urinated, it was painful, like a burning feeling. This hadn't happened all this weekend at all and it was the first time.

I cannot determine if I had it before last night, but there was no pain and it didn't hurt to urinate. I tried to get a look at what it looks like, but I just can't see.

Let me make this clear: there is NO chance of me having a sexually transmitted anything. I am 17-years-old and a virgin, so that is not a factor.

I'm not sure if these two things are factors, but I'll share them anyway. I had my period this weekend, and I use pads. I probably don't change them as much as I should. Also, I don't shave down there because I have no reason to. I tried once and it left me with itchy dry skin.

I believe I've had something like this before, but not to this extent.

Can anyone help?
