I have a lump on the right of my vagina, its kinda at the bottom of the right lip i noticed it about two years ago and last year is when it started gettn larger and then that is when i started squeezing it and the skin broke, a greenish pus stared coming out. Its swells up from time to time and I have to squeeze it so the pus can come out and sometimes when I squeeze it the pus comes out of my anus it seem like it has two opening's and when I feel it, it feel like it has a swollen lil tube all the way to my anus, its hard to explain. I didn go to the doctor and was told it was a bartholin cyst but when i look at pic of bartolin cyst what i have does not look like that and it is not in the same place mines is more on my lip of my vagina and the bartolin cyst is like on the pink part of the vagina. but pretty much it swells up and when i squeez it the pus is usually greenish, yellowish or a bloodish color and comes out of my anus as well as the top skin of my lip when i squeeze it and it breaks the skin. i hope i described it well enough.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your description suggests formation of a fistula connecting the ‘lump’ and the anus. How long back was your visit your doctor? Consider going ahead with a repeat visit to a gynecologist and get the ‘greenish’ pus coming out of it examined and tested (culture sensitivity test) to identify the cause for the infection. Special tests should also be done to rule out presence of fistula. You might need a referral to a general surgeon.
Take care.

HARD BUMP OUTSIDE OF VAGINA
THE FIRST HARD BUMP I GOT WAS ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY VAGINA, ALMOST IN THE MIDDLE OF MY ANUS AND VAGINA ON THE SIDE. IT STARTED OUT SMALL AND GOT BIGGER. IT WAS HARD AND IT HURT BAD. THEN IT TURNED BLACK AT THE TOP, SO I KNEW IT HAD TO BE BUSTED. IT HAD BLOOD AND PUS THAT DRAINED OUT. NOW I'VE GOT TWO MORE BUMPS STARTING OUT JUST AS THE FIRST ONE DID AND I HAVE ALREADY BUSTED ONE AND ITS GREEN PUS COMING OUT. I HAVE NOT SEEN A DR YET BUT I DO PLAN TO SOON. I DO BELIEVE ITS SPIDER BITES THOUGH. IF NOT A SPIDER THEN WHAT COULD IT BE?

I also had the big bump & green pus. My Dr. said it was a Bartholin Cyst. I had the whole bartholin gland removed surgically and it weighed a pound and a half ! The most painful thing besides child birth. Haven't had anymore problems with it .
