Q: lump on tubes and pain in groin

i had the snip about 2 years ago sorry cant rember the name i have noticed recently that i have a lump on my tubes where they were cut do i need to have this checked out i sometimes have a aching from my groin but not all the time

I'm assuming you're referring to a vasectomy. At times men who have this procedure experience sperm leaking from a vas deferens into the tissue around it and forming a small lump (sperm granuloma). But the only time I know of that this occurs is soon after the surgery and you had your surgery 2 years ago. I would get it checked out just to be on the safe side.
