Q: lump on top of penis

Two days ago after masturbation a lump appeared on the top of my penis.

It looked like it was coming from the main vein that goes straight down the middle of the penis. Anyway, at the top of the vein (just under the head of the penis) that was a large bump.. I'm guess it was caused by blocking the blood flow from the vein.

What could this mean?

Also, overnight the bump seemed to be smaller though it looks purplish blue.

Can anyone please help what this means and will it go away?

Need a reply ASAP.

Please someone let me know what this could be.

Stressing out so bad, gonna ring my GP today and then ring my Urologist.
