Lump on top of my head causes pressure type headache

I have a small lump on the top of my head that when pushed on makes popping noise I can hear... Also once it is pushed on will cause me to have a pressure type headache the remainder of the day. Since I recently had been camping 1 week prior I thought I maight have been bitten by a tick, but I went to see my doctor who put me on anitbiotics and trying a wait and see method. I did have a cancerous lesion removed from the bridge of my nose 2 years ago. Not sure what it is any ideas?
