It is extremely unlikely that an untreated testicular mass that has not enlarged for 11 years is a testicular cancer. However, to alleviate your anxiety, your physician can examine you, and order an ultrasound of your testicle if appropriate.

Colon cancer is also very unlikely in a 26 year-old person, particularly if there is no family history of hereditary cancer syndromes. Once again, however, if you feel that you are experiencing worrisome GI symptoms, then you should see your doctor.
