Did you find anything out about this? I'm experiencing the same thing. Mine is painful and firm. I saw a doctor and she told me it could be a clogged salivary gland. I took a full round of strong antibiotics, and it subsided. It has come back. I'm kind of freaking out at this point.

Hi mulletamore i am experiencing the same exact thing dr. treatd it with antibiotics, it subsided for a while as well. it has come back and i am also freaking out my dr. had said he would do a biopsy if it came back but i haven't been back to see him i was going to try homemade antibitics. Any suggestions out there???
