i have found a lump on the outside of my vagania it was like a small pea now it is really big and when i look at it it looks red it is very hard and very sore

A more detailed description of the appearance of the lump would have been more helpful.
Since I am not examining you personally, it is difficult to tell you what exactly it could be.
