Q: Lump on the anus

I have had a lump on the anus for about two months now, but never thought about it. After another week I noticed there was blood coming from my anus which got me a little worried but due to me being a bit scared to talk to anyone about again I left it. It is now starting to hurt (only a little, feels like a pulsing.) and I have just noticed it has now got bigger now, about twice as big and is bleeding more regularly. I really don't want to visit the doctor unless I really need to due to myself being really embarrassed. I am 17 and don't want to tell my parents until I need to. Please help I am getting very worried now as I have just read that blood passing through the anal and lumps could be cancer. Please please please help!!!

Is this lump located exactly at the anus or is coming out from the anal opening?
Do you suffer from chronic constipation or diarrhea?
