I'm 53 y. old.I've been operated 2 weeks ago for left inguinal hernia repair with patch.Few days after operation I experienced some reddish discoloration(may be extravasation)concentrated mainly at the left side but without swelling.Anyhow this dicoloration began to reslove gradually.But today I discovered a firm pea-size swelling at the left side of neck of scrotum.PLS explain to me what can be this swelling.Is it related to the operation?your advice pls.Of course I'm suffering from painful swelling at the surgical wound.I used to get this especially that this is the second operation after the right inguinal repair.But the problem is the appearance of that swelling . thanks for your consultation.
