You may want to have it checked...could be a cyst...personally I would be pro-active.

I have recently found 6 soars on my testicular sack, which at first was quite painful. I am really not sure what it is and not sure if it is serious. They are similar to a cold soar like blemish. Should this be a big concern, will it go away? It has been a week and no sign of it going away and there is some discomfort when I sleep.

You might be experiencing genital warts, however im not sure i am only the daughter of a doctor, but in this medical diagnosis book that would show up as genital warts. Again i am not a dr. only the daughter of one. seek help quick
