Lump on shoulder blade

I have a worry that is truly taking a toll on me at this time. I have a hard lump on my shoulder blade. I can move it back and forth without any pain. I noticed it about a year ago when I was having a burning nagging pain in that area. I thought because I was working out maybe it was just sore. Then yesterday when I was changing I noticed it hasn't disappeared after all. I'm worried and scared, I can't go get a check up at this time because I just started this job and health benefits aren't available yet. I truly have no idea what this could be, if anyone could help me I would be so grateful....God Bless
