Hi ive a lump on the back of my head that apears to be growing it looks like a spot and forms a like a hard skin cover on it which falls off and reforms over again do you have any idea what this could be?

If you have thick silvery white scale that falls away and comes again on the scalp growth, that may cause pain, itchiness, and a feeling of tightness in the affected area, can be a case of scalp psoriasis (chronic skin harmless condition).
However, skin lesion that doesn't heel, but constantly forms a cover on top, need medical attention, cause it can be something more serious.
