First off, I'm a 15 year old male. No problems that I know of. Healthy BMI of 21.3 (according to Wii Fit).

So I dunno how I found it, but I found a lump on my sternocleidomastoid. It's really close to my Ear, like I can stretch my ear and touch it easily. I've got a diagram, too. If you don't see an image, click here.

I circled where I think it is.

Now to describe the lump.

It doesn't hurt (not a good sign, if I recall correctly) (I can still feel pain there, though.)
It's not really visible.
It's smooth, not rough.
Probably about the size of one of those Mini M&M's (I don't know if they even still sell those...)
Can't move it.
Nothing irregular happening otherwise, it's just there.

Is this a cause for concern, or not?
