Q: lump on right side of head

Hi,
I have a lump on the right side of my head that is getting worse everyday. i have had it for 4 days now and it hurts to move my head and painful to the touch. it is about an inch above the hairline and about 2 in from my ear. i have been getting dizzy and something kida like cold flashes. i dont know if i should go in or if it is something i shouldent worry about. can you please help???
