I am a 45 year old woman. Around this time last year i felt a pain in my lungs. I got Ibuprofen for it, and this year it has came back again, on my left after having flu, but this time with a little lump under my left breast on my rib cage. I can move the lump around with my fingers.

The pain in my left lung happens when i sit up from slouching, or when I cough or anything really straining.

Could anyone tell me what this is? I am going for an X-RAY today, they do not know about the lump yet, because when I went to see my doctor, I had not noticed it.

Thanks.
