Q: lump on penile shaft

hello i am looking for some answer to a lump that has appeard on my penile shaft, but the lump is not visable as it is not ont the part of shaft that is exposed but the part that runs underneath the testical sack, it is tender and does hurt when i touch it, it seems to be growing but i only noticed it to days ago while takin a shower, but when i get a erection you can see the lump as it stick out at the bottom of the penile shaft. can anybody give me some advice on this

If it lasts longer than a week, you should get this checked by your doctor. If there is any possibility that it could be an STD, you should have it checked anyway.
