hi, i have a small 2mm x 1mm small wartlike lump on the end of my nose, its skin coloured, theres no redness and its soft and smooth. i had it removed once by a doctor and he said it wasnt a wart but mentioned it needed its blood supply cutting off so he used a small red hand held thing with a metal prong on the end which i think was electronic, i heard clicking and it sent a shock up my nose. the lump disappeared for a while then came back again. i want it removed again, but getting an appointment for a skin specialist took 2 months to get so i want to do so this at home. Can you name the device he could of used and what the lump on my nose may be.
i've used wart removers like the freezing type but they leave the end of my nose a mess and so did the chemical removers. any help would be much appreciated
