Hi. Last night i found a hard lump at the end of my right collar bone close to the joint. It is hard and just feels like bone. It isnt very painful and i have had no previous injury. I was wondering if this could be bone cancer or something i shouldnt worry about

Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. Any abnormal swelling needs to be further evaluated. I'll suggest consulting an orthopedic surgeon and getting yourself physically examined.

You might need further tests like an X-ray or a CT scan to know the nature of the swelling. It could possibly be a benign growth like osteoma but it is extremely difficult to comment with evaluation. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
