doctor hi doc ihave question i have this lump on my lrft thigh and its pain fulll i'm warried its maybe cancer please tell me what should i do, in my family there no cancer history but ihave been having this lump for a while now and its worries me please help

Since I cannot examine you, I cannot provide you with a specific diagnosis. If you have a lump that is gradually enlarging, then it should be evaluated by your doctor. If it is clinically suspicious, then it should be removed/biopsied by a surgeon.
