I have this lump on the left side of my neck and it has been there for at least 4 years. It appears to be the size of a small lime. It really doesn't hurt, is round/oval to feel. I have lately had abdominal pain on the left side as well, severe vertigo, wet pain feel on top of head, blurred vision, can NOT lose weight, am a smoker, etc; I have been to doctors, emergency rooms, etc only to be told I have acid reflux. No tests, no xrays, NOTHING. They hear I have no insurance and assume I can not pay so give me the simplest excuse to get me out. I have spent a fortune trying to find out what is wrong with me for the past 8 months and nobody seems to care.

Anything, any direction to go will help.
