I have a hard lump on my jawline just below my right ear it started out small a few years ago now it has grown quite large it doesnt hurt but my ears seem to feel itchy alot its about the size of a milk jug cap

There are several possibilities, including an enlarged lymph node (which can be caused by either benign or malignant changes in the lymph node), parotid (salivary) gland tumor, and skin cysts, among other possibilities.

Unfortunately, you will need to be evaluated by a physician in order to obtain an accurate diagnosis.
