Lump on groin and neck

About a week ago Monday I started having really horrible pain in the upper leftside of my abdomen. Then the next day it also started in my left leg. left side of my groin.I was in such horrible pain. One of my friends gave me a loritab. This pain lasted until thursday. slowly going away. I felt a lump on the left side of my groin. I couldn't feel a lump where it hurt on the upper left side of my abdomen. Friday I noticed a lump on the left side of my neck, It got bigger during the weekend. This week I'm soooo tired. I can't do anything. I have no energy. Should i be concerned?

It is impossible to provide you with a specific diagnosis over the internet, unfortunately. In general, however, lymphoma is a painless condition.

You should have your doctor examine these lumps.
