I have a lump above my eyebrow I have had it for 4 or so years thought it was a cycst. So I recently went to get it removed and no one knows what it is It feel rubber like soft to touch it is always red has small spider like veins I have went to 2 doctors know and either one of them are sure as to what it is they both said it is not a cycst
