Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Lipoma is a benign tumour and is composed of fatty cells. It is very common to have it.If it is not associated with any pain, discharge and is not increasing in size then it can be left as such.
If there is development of any new symptom consider getting a biosy done.

Take Care!
