Q: lump on collarbone

i have recntly discoverd a lump on my collarbone. its on the left hand side and its quite big about 3 cm. its hard and not painful. doc reffered my to the hospital for some tests. they tested me for TB but it came back negative. they have also taken blood test, i have got a ct scan nxt month, i have had on going stomach pains,weight loss and am now getting aching chest pains. im very worried what this can be. doctors have not given me any ideas of wat i have. pls help
