First of all, I am 16 years old and I think this all started one day when i wore long sleeves to go out in winter (It's my frist time experiencing winter that is really cold, my skin gets dry a lot), when I came home, my right breast itched, it was unbearable so I gently rubbed it for a few and then maybe two or three days after a spot on my areola surfaced. I dont think its a lump, its more like a scab, its a bit darker color than my areola but not red. It itches more at night, and only when fabric touches it, so I put petroleum jelly on it. Its been more than a week, and its still there. So I checked sites for symptoms of breast cancer. I dont have any nipple discharge, my breast is tender and it hurts when i squeeze it but other than that no breast pain, there is no orange peeling texture, my nipple is not inverted. BUT, I have noticed my right underarm is thicker than my left (but not too thick, just a bit thicker), I don't know if there's a lump, because I dont know what a lump feels like, but I'm pretty sure there's none. Also, I think the right portion of my neck is bigger than the left, but not swollen, I do not feel any lump there as well, I do feel more muscles though. I am chubby but not THAT fat.

This worries me because I don't know if there is any other change in my breast, I havent started self examinations because websites say that breat self examinations sould start as early as 20, but Im only 15.

Is this cancer or relatd to cancer? Please help.
