Hello There.

I have just found a lump at the very left hand side of my testicals, almost exaxtly where it meets the leg (i.e its not really on the tesical at all). It seems to have almost come up overnight, although i may not have spotted it. when i prod it it feels about the size of a pea. at first i thought it was a spot, however it did not want to be pushed! Any help/advice greatly apreciated. am planning on going to the doc if it hasnt gone in one week!
