It sounds like it can be a Bartholin's gland cyst. Talk to your doctor.

The Bartholin's gland secretes a few drops of fluid just before you orgasm. This fluid is thought to be the equivalent of male pre-ejaculate or pre-cum. There is one gland on either side of the vaginal opening. A cyst will manifest itself as this lump under the inner lip.
