Hey, I am a 21 year old male, recently I found a lump near my anus. It is around where the muscle of my penis starts in my perineum and extends down near my anus. It is about 2 cm long and almost feels like a muscle or something. There is no pain, only when i touch it, it feels sore. I would like to know if it is something that can be treated on my own before I go to the doctor about it.
