A few days ago, a quite big lump or mass or something appeared on my left testicle. It came about overnight, which surprised me. Anyway, its smaller than a quarter, but bigger than a nickel, and about as thick as 3 nickels stacked. There was a small bump there previously, but i gave it no thought since it didnt hurt or anything. But now, it does a little bit.

im wondering what it could be. I do plan on going to the doc if it doesnt go away soon, but i just want some ideas for right now. Im a slight bit worried about it.
