3 days ago I came across a strange lump found I believe on what is called the Labium Majus situated close to my inside leg.
It is hard and close to the skin surface, although not close enough to pop, doesn't have a head but is raised.
It's about 1/4 of an inch across, and feels spherical.

I do shave, and have read lumps can be caused by this, but haven't shaved very recently and none of the symptoms sound exactly like mine.

What do you think it may be?
