Hi, a couple of months ago I found a lump in my vagina its pretty prominent. I haven't had anyone to talk about it and im scared to see a doctor. I have horrible pains in my lower abdomen all throughout the month (menstral cramps, tight pains, spasms)It really bothers me when I have sex, it is very painful.I have a family history of women getting historectomys because of abnormal cell growth. I know the only way to find out what is going on is to go see a doctor but I just need some reassuring that it might be nothing. Could it be cervical cancer? what other possibilities are there?
