over the past couple days i have experienced a strange lump / mass in the back of my throat. it likes to change sides and it feels like it is just at the base of my throat like right behind my tongue. it only seems to come around at night and it feels like it is clogging up my throat to the point it makes me vomit every night.. normally multiple times a night. this isn't the first time i have gotten this and it normally goes away after a while. but this is the worst it has ever been.

does anyone know what this is? and if they do how to i get rid of it..

It hasn't gone away on it's own therefore you need to be seen by an ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist)...

By ignoring this could mean that one day you may not be able to swallow or breath...

This is an URGENT matter....
