i suffer from panic disorder I had my doc check me 3 times in one month he says Im healthy but y do I still feel uncomfortable I still feel choking lump in my throat and lots of fear?

I suffer from panic disorder i had my doc give me a physical 3 times this month he swears im ok but y do i still feel uncomfortable i still feel a chocking sensation here and there a lump feeling in my throat and lots of fear?
