Q: lump in throat and blood in stools

hi i am 29 years old, i have a very bad lump in my throat, i don't eat well - very difficult to eat now and drink, have lost nearly 2 stones, now only 10 stones, into ecercising but fell two tired, and blood on my stools, feel really confused why this is happening to me, stopped drinking and going out, been about 6 months without acohol, but not solved, my dieat is eating lots of porrige and fish tuna, protein shakes and read meat about 2 a week, and eggs, no frozen food or pizza or kebabs, i avoided and say no to it, but throat and stomuch problem is really bad, also my lips are badly inflammed and skin has pleeded off and come off for over 7 years, i drink plently of water, i have got a bad feeling about this now, have consulted doctor and been to a dermatolagist, and asked my over 30 questions about diet and living, am unable to keep up with permant work therefore going for contracts only because of my throat blood in the stools and inflammed lips problem, could be chelttis exceyam on lips, i have to go to the toilet at least 4 - 7 times a day and painful, throat hurts all day long, my speech has gone blurred, currently using mirtazapine for deression, career feels wasted - university and college, and psprasis on scalp but treating with t gel and dead sea shampoo, father has eceyma my lips are raw and badly red, no skin every day, tried all lips balms - well over 30 products over the course of 7 years, change toothpaste to sensoyne - no effect, take multi vitamin tablets with no effect lead a healthy eating lifestyle with no effect, lips are scarly peeling and wrinkled for a 29 year old, could be yeast or virus infection (cheilities infection on the lips, blood on my stools hurts - do not wish this problem on anybody, currently waiting for another doctors appointment for throat and blood and patch test, at hospital and in gp.
