I found a lump in the fold of my thigh and groin about a month ago. It was not, and still is not sore but has grown in size and now my clothes are very lose on me and I have not changed my diet or exercise routine in this time. I bought some new trousers about 10 days ago and now I have put 3 safety pins in one side to keep them up! Am concerned as loss of weight has triggered my worries. Appreciate any help or advice, thank you x

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for the growing lump and associated weight loss that you describe without examining you and going ahead with further evaluation. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/healthcare provider at the earliest for thorough examination and further evaluation (blood & hormonal work-up, FNAC from the lump, etc) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/healthcare provider and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
