hsi. i have a lump in the right side of my neck and it hurts. also i have right ear pain. wat cud be the reason? could it be a cancer?

Hello and thank you for posting your health query on E health Forum.

The description and the location of the lump indicates that it might be a inflammed lymph node, probably associated with infection in the ear.

Presence of a node that is painful on pressure, has surrounding redness is associated with inflammation. Treatment with antibiotics will treat the infection and resolve the lymph node enlargement.
