hi iv a hard lump in my right nostril and iv had a constant cough for yrs and now it feels like a glue in the bottom of my throat and it wont go away and it seems to be getting worse like my throat is closing up and i itch alot like my blood is heating up and when i lie down in my ears it sounds like water bubbiling or a fire burning in my head and my jugular viens and when i wake up it feels like my heads been getting tighter inside what do you think my doc thinks in imagining all this iv asked for a scan or something for peace of mind but nothing
