Lump in nose & frequent headaches

My mother in the Philippines has just had MRI scan done recently and discovered she has a lump/cyst in her nostril. She frequently complains of headaches and has also complained about half of her face feeling numb. She has also had five blood tests done but won't know the results until next week. I am very much concerned of her health condition and would like to know what the lump in her nose could be.
