I realise that there is a lump in my groin it doesnt hurt or anything but its just there. What could that be?

I guess I'm not sure. Where on your groin? How long has it been there? Have you spoken to a doctor about it?

Talk to your doc about it. Could be a swollen lymph node or a hernia. Lots of things it could be...
