I noticed about 4 years ago a small bump in my mouth on what i think is the soft palate to the right side, its small but i think its noticable and sometimes has a white discharge in the centre. On the other side of the soft palate theres patchy red shading.

Went to the doctors twice as it was bugging the hell out of me becausei knew it was not right to have a white discharge from alump in the mouth. Anyway both times doctors say nothing is there everything is ok. Now when i did goto the doctors the white dot in the centre was not there, but still i think its visable.

So 4 years passed and now im panicking more because the lump is still there and sometimes still has white discharge, also to top it off as you go into my throat to the left side it is swollan and i feel annoying to swallow. (i do not have tonsils) its bugging me even more now but feel let down by my doctors so wondered if anyone on here could ROUGHLY diagnose the issue? I know you cannot say for sure but i mean a guestimate would be fine. I read strep throad can give a bump and white discharge, but that means if it is that then ive had it for 4 years !!!. Ive just recovered from a bad bad cold so not sure if that would cause the bump in my throat causing me to struggle to swallow?

Thanks
