For the past 7 months I have had a lump in my upper right groin (panty line). The pain in the lump (which doesnt seem to be getting any bigger) is getting worse. Its sore to touch but I also feeling stabbing pains often. I have started to feel discomfort in my legs also (not sure if connected). The lump is hard and seems like it cant be moved. It has been sore now constantly for 2 weeks. Anyone had this type of problem?
