Q: Lump in center of head

my 4 year old has a hard slope almost a knot like lump in the center of his head toward the front - is this normal?

dosent sound very normal, my 2 year old son dosent have that. has it been there for a while? you should ask a doctor about it asap. i hope hes ok!
