This sounds like a hemorrhoid. I currently have the same issue as a matter of fact! I'm 28 and just recently got them from one bout of constipation. It seems once you get them, you will continuously get them if you do not get enough fiber in your diet or are dehydrated. My cause was most definitely dehydration due to my being prescribed Adderall, which is a stimulant that easily dehydrates the body.
