There's a painful (sore when touched) lump between my vagina and anus. My vagina hurts too and I haven't been very 'regular' with producing stools lately. What could this be?

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Irregular stools can lead to constipation and difficulty in passing stools. It might be an infection or a boil which is causing pain the vaginal area.It is very difficult to comment without knowing the size, location, consistency etc regarding it.
It requires a proper evaluation as if any infection it might spread to other areas.
Consider visiting a Primary Physician for examination of the lump and if required prescription medications for subsiding it.

Take Care!
