I've recently found a marble size lump between my pubic bone and inner thigh which is isn't visible but easily found when I press. It's extremely painful if I touch it, it hurts constantly and nothing eases the pain. It hurts when I walk and if I move my leg sideways. Should I go to my GP and get it checked over?

Definately go to your GP. I first had one of these cysts 17 years ago, and I ignored it until it grew so I ended up having surgery to remove it. I have since had these many times since. Most of the time antibiotics will get rid of it. Dont let it get any bigger.
