Hello. About 7 days ago, while lying down, I found a slightly smaller than a golf ball size hard mass right below my right rib cage. It has no pain & very slight tenderness. When I take a deep breath and hold it-i can feel the mass more than when standing or lying normally.
Rolling Eyes I am a little alarmed b/c i have felt a little bit more fatigue than usual lately. I'm not sure if this discovery and fatigue are linked emotionally, or? I have no health insurance and wondering if anyone has heard of such a thing? or if this is serious?
thank you for your insight.
I am a female, 30yrs. old. and have been completely healthy as of yet/never had any health issues or complications.

I also have found a similar lump last night as i was lying in bed and made my partner feel it too. I dont have one on the other side and like yours it is slightly tender...but I have noticed the skin around my lower rib is sore for the last couple of weeks. I have been doing a lot of running for the last year or so. Could it be from that? can anyone help?

I have the same lump. It feels like a golf ball and is mobile. I have had blood work and an abdominal ct. It has showed nothing. I get really anxious about it too. I can't help but think something worse. Let me know if either of you have found anything else out. You are in my prayers to ease some worry.
