hello thankyou for your post. a lump behind your ear is generally just a small fatty lump or small unharmful cyst underneath the skin.
ive had one underneath my right earlobe for many years and causes me no discomfort.
if causing you any pain i would have your doctor check it out but usually nothing to worry about. hope this helps you.
